2007-8
Ashmount teams had another brilliant year after the successes of 2006-7.
Football: Ashmount's footballers were Runners-Up in the Islington Primary Schools Premier League Tournament, and semi-finalists in the 'Gunners in Islington' Primary Schools Mixed 8-a-side Tournament. The Ashmount Girls' football team were semi-finalists in the Islington Primary Schools League, and the Boys reached the final.
Mixed TAG Rugby: Ashmount took third place in the Islington Primary Schools Mixed TAG Rugby Festival, and Jahvarn Crouch-Oswald was leading try-scorer.
Cricket: Ashmount Year 6 Girls came third in the Islington Girls' Cricket Tournament.
Athletics: The Athletics Squad qualified for the Islington Primary Schools Athletics Finals, where Ama Peters sprinted to victory to become Girls' 60 Metres Champion.
2006-7
In 2006-7 Ashmount teams were:

Islington Primary Schools Mixed TAG Rugby Festival Champions
Islington Primary Schools Athletics Champions
The school team also went on to the London Mini Youth Games, where they represented the whole of Islington, and came 16th out of 33 London boroughs.
One of our pupils, Sebastian Baptiste, was named Islington Primary Schools Sportsperson of the Year. Sebastian not only won the Islington Cross Country race for Year 6 Boys, but also played for the Islington District football team, and went on to represent London against other counties.
